 Your 1 Year Product Guarantee begins from the date of purchase for 365 days.

Terms & Conditions

All our robes are covered by our 1 Year warranty from the date of order, which is for serious manufacturing defects affecting the functioning of the robe. Proof of purchase is required. Register your warranty using the form below. Normal wear and tear, failure to follow care guidelines or accidents are excluded from this guarantee. Occasional, small, untrimmed threads do sometimes occur during the manufacturing process of any clothing items and can easily be removed and do not qualify for the warranty. 

We will ask you to attach any photographs of the defect and we will do everything we can to make things right. Free accessories are not covered with the guarantee.

Please securely package and return the defective robe. Once received and inspected, we will contact you to arrange a refund or delivery of a new replacement robe, free of charge.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
