We hope you are so happy with your purchase from Wild & Free, however we understand that for many reasons products may need to be returned or exchanged. Please follow the below steps for all returns.

  1. If you wish to make a return you must do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase, using the form below.
  2. Please click here to begin your returns process.
  3. Once we have emailed you a 'Return Approval', you have a further 14 days to send your qualifying items back to us*.
  4. Please package these securely - in original packaging, where possible.
  5. Buyer is responsible for return postage cost - we advise the use of a tracked service.
  6. The responsibility of the return falls on you the buyer until it reaches us.
  7. Once we have received your return the item will be inspected by our fulfilment team.
  8. We aim to process your refund as soon as possible; however this may take up to 3-5 working days once the refund has been processed it may take several business days to reflect on your account.
  9. Returns Approvals are automatically cancelled after a 14-day period if items have not been received at our warehouse. The buyer will then be responsible for the return postage for the item to be sent back.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return you must request to return your item within14 days of receiving your order.  All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in perfect condition.  Evidence of stains/make-up/tan deems the product used and ineligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition. Please note, that if there is any issue with your product on arrival to you we kindly ask that you notify us of this upon receipt so that we can resolve the issue for you immediately.  A refund for all items included will only be made to the method used to pay.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note we do not offer an exchange service. Please return your original item for a refund and purchase the new item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to officially return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This includes changing sizing. Please note all associated delivery costs are payable by the purchaser.
