RETURNS
We hope you are so happy with your purchase from Wild & Free, however we understand that for many reasons products may need to be returned or exchanged.
Please follow the below steps for all returns.
- If you wish to make a return you must do so within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- Please note that second life edit stock in photoshoot samples, development samples or perfectly imperfect are not eligible for exchange, return or refund, they are final sale only, and any return requests will be rejected.
- The Second Life Edit, End of Line stock is eligible for an exchange, see exchange terms below, but all postage costs are payable by the customer.
- Please click here to visit our returns portal and to begin your returns process for new items, this is an important first step.
- Once your return has been approved you then have a further 14 days to send your qualifying items back to us*.
- Please package these securely - in original packaging and in original condition, including the drawstring bag if purchasing a COBE.
- Please ensure the order number is detailed within the return package, otherwise a return cannot be matched to a customer and a refund cannot be issued.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage cost - we offer returns labels at subsidised prices, which can be deducted from your refund.
- The responsibility of the return falls on you the buyer until it reaches us.
- Once we have received your return the item will be inspected by our fulfilment team. Only items returned as sold with labels, and for the cobe, within the drawstring branded bag it is delivered within, can be refunded.
- We aim to process your refund as soon as possible; however, this normally takes up to 3-5 working days. As our payment servers are encrypted, once the refund has been processed by us, it may take several business days to reflect on your account, and this time period is not within our control, but linked to your online banking providers processing times.
- Returns Approvals are automatically cancelled after a 14-day period if items have not been received at our warehouse.

TO EXCHANGE
We offer an easy exchange process. When requesting a return please note that you wish to exchange and the item you wish to exchange to.

- Please note the item you wish to exchange to within the portal, colour and size.
- Once we have emailed you a 'Return and Exchange Approval', you then have a further 14 days to send your qualifying items back to us*.
- Please package these securely - in original packaging and in original condition, including the drawstring bag if purchasing a COBE.
- Please ensure the order number is detailed within the return package, otherwise a return cannot be matched to a customer.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage cost - we offer a subsidised label cost
- The responsibility of the return falls on you the buyer until it reaches us.
- Once we have received your return the item will be inspected by our fulfilment team. Only items returned as sold can be exchanged or refunded.
- Your replacement item will be dispatched to you the next working day after your return has been received and checked back into stock.
- Returns and Exchange Approvals are automatically cancelled after a 14-day period if items have not been received at our warehouse.
Wild & Free will pay for the cost of delivery for the exchange item to be dispatched and the customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the original item.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of delivery if the item is exchanged more than one time.
RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return you must request to return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in perfect condition. Evidence of stains/make-up/tan deems the product used and ineligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition. Please note, that if there is any issue with your product on arrival to you we kindly ask that you notify us of this upon receipt so that we can resolve the issue for you immediately. A refund for all items included will only be made to the method used to pay.

REFUNDS
Refunds can only be made to the method used to pay for the item.
A bundle is priced as a complete item.
If you wish to return part of a bundle, the bundle discount no longer applies and the refund for any part bundle returns will be calculated as such.
